P.T., Director of Physical Therapy
Jerry Andres earned his degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 1998. After graduation, he moved to North Idaho where he continues to practice in the orthopedic outpatient setting. He joined Lakewood Physical Therapy in 2004 and has been the director since 2005.
As a strong manual therapist, Jerry has extensive training and education in treating the shoulder, knee and spine. He is a certified Upper Extremity Specialist and specializes in custom orthotics (using the casting method). Jerry has experience in working with all age groups and diagnoses including pre/post operative care, work injuries, chronic conditions and sports injuries.
Jerry was born and raised in Missoula, Montana. His wife, Shauna, is an outpatient Physical Therapist at Bonner General Health in Sandpoint. Jerry is an enthusiastic outdoorsman with a passion for big game hunting and fishing. He is excited to share these outdoor activities with his kids, Hunter, Cole and Madelyn. The Andres are active in 4-H where Jerry is a leader in the Swine, Wildlife and Entomology projects. The Andres also enjoy spending time participating in “CYT” (Christian Youth Theater), Coeur d’Alene Thunder Hockey, and The Hayden Longshots Skeet and Trap team.
